Surprise Trip to the Maldives

For Valentine’s Day, I decided to surprise my wife with a trip to the Maldives. We booked our flight on Emirates Airlines and off we went. Staying at the Adaaran Prestige Vadoo Resort in one of their over-water villas was simply magical. Other than getting bit on the ankle by an over-zealous Triggerfish, the trip was perfect. If you’ve never been to the Maldives…GO! You won’t be sorry and you’ll score big with the “better half.”
